Developed specifically for professional kitchens, the VITO cart ensures safe, structured, and always accessible storage for VITO filter units and accessories.
With its compact dimensions of 670 x 430 x 1030 mm and a weight of 12 kg, the VITO cart can be flexibly integrated into any kitchen. Thanks to its push handle and smooth-running swivel castors, the cart can be moved directly to the fryer where it is needed. Two locking brakes ensure a secure stand during use.
The VITO cart reduces walking distances, makes transporting the VITO frying oil filter easier, and increases workplace safety in everyday kitchen operations. An integrated cut-out in the upper shelf allows the VITO filter to be securely placed in the drip tray. The raised edge around the shelves ensures that the filter unit and accessories can be transported cleanly and without dripping.
The two shelves provide ample space for accessories such as oil testers, particle filters, or fryer cleaners and are ideally suited for GN 1/1 containers. The high-quality stainless steel construction is durable, hygienic, and particularly easy to clean.
