The device features a high-tech control system that can be individually programmed. In daily practice, the simple menu navigation allows even untrained personnel to operate the machine.
The integrated manual grease filter system significantly extends the shelf life of the cooking oil. All suspended particles are filtered out,
thus maintaining the improved cooking oil quality during subsequent heating cycles.
