Filling Dosing Unit

The filling dosing unit is designed for dosing suitable fillings into the extrudate pipe.

Filling dosing units are available with two, four or six individually controllable dosing pumps, tailored to the extruder performance. The proportion of filling mass in the end product can thus be regulated very precisely. The pumps are mounted together with the stainless steel control cabinet on a frame made of stainless steel.

The filling hoses are connected to a coextrusion die of the extruder by means of quick couplings.

Optionally, the filling buffer is equipped with an active insulation and the dosing hoses can be designed with heating.
